填单 & 贴单

  • 一般渠道如何下單

    由A1開始填單

    ( A0是給陽光清關使用)

  • 寄到台湾显示邮政号码错误?

    输入5码并在前方加一个0

  • BC / CP 找不到我要寄的商品?

    于系统D5申请商品备案，因中国海关需要审核，约需1周的工作时间才会上架。备案成功不会另行通知，在D5输入条形码末6码可得知是否备案成功

  • 寄包裹要贴什么单子?

    在b1按一件下载，两张海关形式发票以透明袋装起来贴包裹旁; 一张中文单以胶带贴在包裹正上方

  • 什麼是捆綁中轉?
    • 捆绑寄送仅侷限于德国境内段，国际段仍然是单独寄送
    • 运费计算: 寄两个包裹以上，每个包裹 -3€ 运费，即可扣除的运费为 (包裹数-1)x 3€

    注意事项

    a. 确保这些包裹便于捆绑，例如重量与尺寸

    b. 总重不超过30Kg，尺寸不大于120x60x60 cm

    c. 收件人不必是同一人


    操作步骤

    1. 勾选想要捆绑寄送到易优仓库的包裹

    2. 选捆绑中转


    捆绑方法

    利用胶带缠绕或用一个大箱子装在一起，确保在德国境内捆绑的包裹不会分开 !


    貼單方法

    大箱子外貼含有所有包裹編號的清單，各別小包裹貼上含有收件人地址的中文郵寄單及海關清單

付款

  • 付款方式有哪些

    德银Sofort, 支付宝, 转帐, Paypal


  • 推荐的付款方式

    Sofort 及支付寶，付款完立刻出郵寄單。

    转帐需在b1上传支付凭证，约需半个小时人工审核时间才会出单。

  • 充值方法

    进入D3页面，点选充值


    最小充值金额为50欧，故适合常寄包裹或是单次购买运费大于50欧的朋友。记得设定支付密码，下次支付其他包裹时需输入此密码来余额付款

     

    充值优点

          1. 不须每次寄件都要重新付款并上传支付凭证

          2. 若包裹超重，易优会直接由账户扣款，不须多缴3欧的超重处理费，且包裹不会被延迟發出  

    • 若想要包裹超重时可自动补款，需至D3页面勾选自动补款，最大扣除金额推荐您设为5欧。只有在这个价格内，易优才可以自动扣款。
  • 可以用信用卡付款吗?

    需绑定Paypal才能付款，另外提醒若是非德国的银行卡，Paypal会收取6%手续费

  • 如何以paypal付款?

    以工单方式给我们您的email, 并说明要充值的金额，我们会寄账单至您的信箱，您付完款后，我司充值到您的账户(可在D3查看您的余额)


    • 注意! 非德国账户以此方式付款，Paypal一律收6%手续费


包裹运送途中

  • 包裹买轻或买重
    • 采多退少补制度

           - 买重 : 入库后会退余款道系统账户中

           - 买轻 : 建议在D3开通超重自动补款，并确保账号内有余额，易优惠自动帮您扣差价，没有手续费，包裹不会被延迟出库


    • 无开通超重自动补款，在b4 我的在库包裹会看到您的包裹，需要补差额+ 3欧处理手续费，包裹才会出库
  • 收件人信息或渠道需要更改

    包裹还没到我司仓库，讯息可以更改，

    操作方法: 先发工单，再到b2按截停，需付3欧手续费


    !! 若包裹已经到库或出库，则讯息无法更改!!

售后服务

  • 包裹一直没收到

    德国境内段若7天未到我司仓库，请在工单系统申请调查，而国际段为40天未收到包裹

  • 如何申请包裹调查?

    搜集所有的采购小票与商品英文清单，上传到工单系统说明要进行售后调查


    • 注意!! 日后会依据您上传的采购小票理赔，务必确认包裹内总金额跟总商品数是否正确

  • 如何获得出口发票

    在D1填寫發表資訊，再到工單系統說明要開通企業用戶。開通後，於B1可直接按下載發票取得
